There are a lot of programs out there that promise to make you wealthy using e-commerce or Amazon. This is one of the few programs that has hundreds of student success stories.

That’s really what separates the wholesale formula from the hundreds of programs that make similar promises and never get mentioned on my blog…the proof.

If you’re reading this post, you are already thinking about purchasing this program and looking for that final piece of evidence to help you decide if the program is right for you.

The most important factor I look at when purchasing or promoting a product is the experience of previous customers. Have past customers found success? Have customers who realized the Wholesale Formula wasn’t right for them been able to get refunds?

The answer to both of these questions is yes, so I think this is a solid program. Let’s dig a little deeper.

What Is The Wholesale Formula?

As with any high ticket product, there are loads of marketing materials that surround this program. There are pdfs, worksheets, blueprints, training videos, and live webinars that all come across your computer screen when this program is released. That’s a lot of information and it can be overwhelming.

On top of that, you have hundreds of reviews and bonuses from people who’ve never purchased a flagship program like this, let alone actually been through the program. There are loads of videos and reviews and bonuses from people who have no idea how this program works. It’s important as a consumer to really pay attention to the source of your reviews and bonuses.

I’ve worked with Dylan Frost on multiple projects, interviewed him several times, and asked my deepest questions during our time together. I have enough of a relationship to get that time with one of the creators of this program and really ask my deep questions. Here’s a picture from my interview with Dylan in 2021.

The Wholesale Formula teaches a specific type of Amazon Wholesale Business. Basically, you find companies with amazing products but poor results from their own Amazon business. You either take over an existing product listing on Amazon that isn’t working or you create one for a company that isn’t currently selling their product on Amazon.

This is a form of wholesale sourcing where you can get exclusive rights to products. As you are working directly with the manufacturer, you don’t have to compete with fifty other marketers trying to sell the same product. This is a very simple online business model.

The devil, of course, is in the details.

Normally a product goes through four steps to reach the consumer.

1. Brand
2. Distributer
3. Retailer
4. Consumer

This is the traditional model for bringing a product to market. The brand owner sells products to the distributor who sells to the retailer who sells to the consumer. At each step in the process, the price goes up so that the consumer is paying for three different companies to make a profit.

The Wholesale Formula removes the distributor from the equation. This lowers the price the consumer pays, while also increasing profits for the brand.

This is the simplest explanation for how this program works and if you find this form of wholesale selling intriguing, then you are going to like how Dylan and Dan make money online.

With any program, I do my best to help you break through the hype and see what is happening behind the curtain. It’s easy to say that this is an amazing Amazon FB wholesale training. But those are a lot of buzzwords. It’s more important to know the people behind the program. You don’t want to go through a course by people who make their living teaching instead of doing.

The Wholesale Formula Course

The wholesale formula system can be broken down into the idea of reverse sourcing wholesale. Those are some fancy words that mean you don’t wait for distributers to give you a list of products to choose from. You user software and tools like Jungle Scout to find products that should be selling better than they are. you’re looking for products in the that should be selling better than they are.

When you find a great product with bad marketing (or no marketing) that’s your business advantage. Dan and Dylan will teach you how to sell products. They have a deep and detailed process for boosting product sales on Amazon.

Once you find great products that you want to sell on Amazon, you contact brand owners offering to take over their Amazon FBA business. There are several ways this deal can work out and they are all covered in the wholesale formula program. You can become a consultant who is paid a monthly fee to run their Amazon business. This allows you to make money without taking on any risk. You sell the products but they handle all the support.

At the other end of the spectrum, you can take them on as a wholesale account. Depending on the price of the product, this can be a significant investment. So you may want to build up your warchest as a consulting as you work your way into this higher risk, higher reward tier.

Now, the beauty is that the product will arrive from a US factory directly to an Amazon warehouse in almost a week. Basically, what you are doing with the wholesale model is you are finding products on Amazon, buying them at wholesale prices, and selling them on Amazon for a profit.

With you are running the brand’s account or operating as a private label seller, you are the only Amazon seller authorized to sell this product. Working directly with the manufacturer means you don’t have to compete with other sellers.

Once you’ve found products you want to wholesale and contacted brands to work with them, the final step is to manage, sell and expand. Manage your products, find your winners and double down. As the only authorized seller for your products, the road is wide open.

When you’re account is in partnership with the brands, you don’t have to worry about account approvals from Amazon. That’s a problem for retail arbitrage, not this method.

Are Wholesale Accounts the Only Way?

This is the wholesale formula review, but that doesn’t mean the program exists in a bubble. There are many methods of e-commerce that work really well and even if we limit ourselves to Amazon systems there are more than a few ways to build a business. I make a lot of money selling book and print on demand merchandise directly through Amazon’s Kindle and Merch programs.

You can become a distributer of many brand name products through Amazon using a completely different method of wholesale sourcing.

My job is to show you programs that work and then you decide the one that has the greatest appeal to you. I do my best to show you who the program is for and who might not be the fight fit.In my opinion this program is a good fit for my of the people who follow me, read my books, and will read this blog post. But not all of you. If you are thinking that making this much money sounds cool, but also like a lot of work…then this probably isn’t the right program for you.

We will find an alternative to the wholesale formula that better matches your desires and skillset.

Pros and Cons of The Wholesle Formula 

Sometimes the easiest way to decide if a program is right for you is a comparison table. These are great tools, as long as the subject of your comparison never sees the list. That’s why I’ve never made one of these for my wife. It’s too dangerous.

• The program is quite expensive – it’s a real investment
• It’s a lot of teim and effort to succeed, you must attend the trainings and actually take action
• It’s scary to email and call brands out of the blue
• You can feel like one little person trying to get attention in the ocean
• When you strike a deal with a brand you feel a sense of repsonsibiltiy to perform for them and get good results
• The margins for physical products are smaller than digital product
• If you don’t watch the videos or take action, you will have wasted your money

Does the Wholesale Formula Work?

This is a reasonable question. If you’re looking for screenshots, testimonials, and case studies..the wholesale formula sales material is littered with them. They have trained thousands of Amazon sellers and many of them are very successful.

There are loads of wholesale formula reviews out there. Most of them are by affiliates for the program, so they all of their way of making it look amazing. It’s tough to find a completely objective opinion. The most important part of a program, in my opinion, is the refund policy. So that even if everything you read turns out to be hype, you can your money back. I’m very careful to only promote programs with solid policies that they honor. So if you buy the wholesale formula and realize the training doesn’t live up to your expectations, you will not take a loss.

I know Dylan pretty well and I have seen how this program is put together. I personally know enough people who have made enough money from this system that I believe in the TWF success formula. In my experience, it’s more about implementation.

Not everyone has the patience to go through their extensive amazing fba wholesale training. It’s a lot of time and that’s what I want to talk about next.

Who is Right for This Program?

It’s in my financial interest to convince everyone to buy this program. I’m an affiliate and get a commission for every sale. But if I convince you to buy the program, you realize it’s wrong for you and refund…I get nothing. So my incentive is to connect this program with the RIGHT people.

This program is not for everyone. It’s not a system you can run from your basement or attic without speaking to another human being. You have to reach out to brands and that often means phone calls to convince them to work with you. That can be scary.

I live on the other side of the world, so all of these phone calls would be in the middle of my night. I feel a real disconnect living so far away and that’s why I personally don’t use the wholesale formula model. It’s a great program, but not so much if you’re in a very different timezone from all the vendors you want to work with.

You can run a version of this system selling Australian products to Australian citizens, but I have never been to Australia, so that’s better for those of you from there.

If you are the kind of person who feels uncomfortable getting on the phone. If you don’t have time during the day for meetings with brands. If you really can’t afford the program and will have to split it across multiple credit cards. Then this probably isn’t the right online business model for you.

There are other amazon business models that might be a better fit for you.

If you like the idea of being in control of your destiny. If you’re willing to put in the hours going through the training and using the software to find the right opportunities. If you really want to change your life and you’re ready to start an online business, then this might be the right program for you.

I’d love to say that it’s easy. BUt every good system that I know of requires some work.

My job is to help people who would really benefit from the wholesale formula join the program, not to convince people who don’t have the time or resources to make the program succeed. If your worry is that you can’t really afford the program or that you don’t have any time to put into it, then this is probably not right for you.

Ways to Sell on Amazon

There are loads of ways to make money and sell products on Amazon besides the wholesale formula. I’m a big fan of selling anything on Amazon that is print on demand. This includes books, notebooks, coloring books, movies, shirts, and even pop-its. Amazon has a lot of options for working directly with them that will give you a taste for Amazon selling with little risk.

I love the Amazon merch program. You put a design on a shirt, sweatshirt, phone case or pop-it and Amazon does the rest. They sell, print, ship, and handle support for the product carrying your design. I’ve been a member of this program and it’s a good way to dip your toe into the Amazon ocean.

This program is pretty tough to get accepted into and it’s a much slower way to make money than using the TWF method to open wholesale accounts. It’s a less risky business model that doesn’t require you to talk to anyone or approach any brands. But it takes a lot longer to make any money.

Amazon kindle has loads of book types that you can create. But you have to design all of the products yourself. It’s a lot of work to write books and market them. You can make a little money with this arm of Amazon, but honestly, it’s a LOT of work. Either you have to design dozens of notebooks every single day, or get lucky and have the one in a million book that just flies off the shelves.

The wholesale formula gives you more control. You can control how your products sell and you spend all your time managing products, rather than creating them. You just transfer your risk from coming up with product ideas to picking bad products. The Wholesale Formula v Amazon Selling Machine

One of the most popular programs on the market for selling on Amazon is called Amazon Selling Machine. IF you’re wondering the difference between these two programs, look no further.

Amazon Selling Machine is built around finding great products, putting your name on them, and then selling them under your brand. This is called white labeling. For example, I could start selling “Serve No Maste” spatulas on Amazon. I have to order a large batch of spatulas from the factory in China, ship them to the Amazon FBA warehouse and then put up my listing. While this business model can work, it’s a lot riskier, especially for a new online marketer.

With the ASM model, you have the risk of copycats selling the exact same product with their logo slapped on it. Often your copycats will make their products at the same factory. It’s hard to protect your products and depends on superior marketing skills to succeed. You’re not partnering with brands, you’re working with factories. With this business model, it’s trickier to accurately forecast sales because there is no history of your products.

With the wholesale formula course method, you can leverage the existing sales and experience of the brands you want to work with. You can start out just managing their amazon listings, which allows you to make money while minimizing your financial risk.

Do I Recommend the Wholesale Formula?

Now we get to the most important part of the entire post. Yes. I think this is a solid program, with a track record of success, students who have made money from the program, and a refund policy that I know they honor. So even if I’m wrong and it turns out this program is a stinker, you’ll get all your money back.

My job is not to convince you that this program is the perfect program for everyone. It’s just not. My job is to sift away programs that don’t work, are created by sketch people, or have a high failure rate.
