Serve No Master Toolbox
Grab the best tools and resources that every entrepreneur needs.
I have removed a lot of tools lately. I only want to share the leanest and best options for each of your needs. These are the tools that I use as the core of my business and are the best financial option in each category. With the advent of AI, nearly my entire tech stack has changed in the past year. These are the tools that I’m using and loving right now.
I do curate this list constantly so expect changes every time I update my workflow.
Publisher Rocket
Publisher Rocket is the ultimate and unstoppable Amazon keyword and category research tool. I use this tool every single day to research keywords for Amazon books, notebooks, coloring books and puzzle books. I can’t believe Dave is still selling this for a one-time price instead of a subscription.
Tweethunter
Tweethunter is the best AI Twitter manager that I’ve ever seen. I’ve always found Twitter quite hard to wrap my head around. I’ve started to grow, find great content to model and build out a good stream of content with this software. It’s built completely on an AI Framework and removes a lot of the guesswork from growing on Twitter.
Taplio
I have a following of over 2,500 on LinkedIn that I’ve been ignoring for far too long. Taplio is an AI based platform that manages the entire process from finding trends to writing posts and scheduling them for me. I can create content that my audience actually finds interesting without getting lost trying to research what’s trending or interesting on LinkedIn. This has saved me so much time and gotten me interested in LinkedIn again. There is no tool even close.
Repurpose
Creating content has never been my problem. Getting it pushed to all my different channels has always been the struggle. Repurpose automates the entire process and saves me hundreds of hours of labor and so much stress every single year.
This tool has singlehandedly changed my output to my social channels and is a core part of my content marketing strategy for the foreseeable future.
Browse
Browse is an AI tool that does something completely unique. It tracks online changes and creates automations based on them. Every time a YouTube channel I follow posts a new video, Browse sends a signal that leads to a Tweet about that video without me lifting a finger.
There are no tools doing anything close to what Browse does and I can’t truly give it justice for how much it’s improving my business. You have to check it out for yourself.
Pabbly
Pabbly solves the problem of integrating different software without spending massive amounts of money on monthly fees. Pay one time and your business automation problem is solved for years.
I’ve been using Pabbly for several years now to integrate all my products that don’t want to talk to each other. I use Pabbly to connect Browse to Twitter and to automatically reply to YouTube comments using ChatGPT.
This is an essential part of my toolkit.
Jasper
Jasper is the only AI writer that you want in your arsenal. After ChatGPT, Jasper is the best AI writer on the market. This software uses a completely different interface and approach to creating content.
If you are looking for an easier way to write great content using AI, then Jasper just might be what you’re looking for.
Kadence WP
I switched my entire setup to Kadence. That’s really all I have to say. It’s faster and easier than any other theme and WordPress design tool. Nothing is more important than your websites speed and switching to Kadence made this site A LOT faster than it was before.
Kadence has a lifetime price for their suite of products which now power more than a dozen of my websites.
Descript
Descript is my number one transcription tool. I’ve run 1000s of hours of content through it and it’s worth every penny. The accuracy and pricing is unmatched. If you run a podcast, this tool is going to blow your mind. If you forgot to say a word, you can type it in and it will add in your voice. Simply amazing for anything audio. This is now the tool I use to edit all of my videos as well. They keep making it better!
Descript is where we edit our podcasts, video content, create shorts and even use AI to make sure I am always looking at the camera. This tool adds features faster than I can update this page.
ProWritingAid
ProWritingAid is a powerful editor that shows you your style issues and recommends alternatives, almost like having a writing mentor over your shoulder. If you are going to invest in an editor, then I recommend the lifetime license (it’s what I have). It’s the best value of any editing software.
Namecheap
Namecheap is the best place to buy domains. I’ve been using them since 2007 and it’s been an amazing journey. Buy your domains here and then choose a hose from below.
Thrivecart
Thrivecart is the best starter shopping cart in the world. You only pay once and you have a platform that will last you for years and years. I only recently grabbed an account with them and I am very impressed. They turned me from a hater into a customer.
I have moved all my transactions from previous platforms to ThriveCart. There is nobody else who even comes close to the value that this product delivers.
Novo Bank
Switching from Chase to Novo saves me several thousand dollars in fees every single year. Instead of charging me $15 each time I use a foreign ATM, Novo refunds the fee that the local bank charges me. That’s $20 profit over a traditional bank every time I use an ATM. This is the best bank I’ve ever worked with.
Acorns
Every time I make a transaction from my business account, a few pennies go into my Acorns investment account. Everything is automated and the account is always going up. This is the easiest way to grow your savings I’ve ever encountered.
SurferSEO
SurferSEO is the best tool for writing blog posts. It will research all the highest-ranking Google results and then give you guidance in writing your article. It will tell you which words to use and how many times to use them, how many paragraphs to write and how many images to use. Removes all guesswork from writing articles.
RankMath
The RankMath SEO plugin is critical for any WordPress website. It handles social media integrations, schema and everything else you need for good internal SEO on your blog. This plugin is free. I have this on every one of my sites.
123rf
123rf is my preferred stock photo site. I’ve been using them for years and they still.have the most affordable plans. For the best images graphics and resources without breaking the bank, I recommend 123rf.
Scribe
Creating training documents is so hard. Scribe will automatically take a screenshot every time you click the mouse and add all the text you write to the document that it creates.
If you need to create training materials, walkthroughs or SOPs this is now the gold standard in the market. I’ve tested alternative tools and nothing else comes close right now.
Gigapixel AI
I love AI generated images, but they are always too low resolution. Gigapixel is the solution to that problem. This is a part of my daily workflow and turns images from interesting ideas into usable masterpieces.
I’m so glad this software isn’t a subscription. Just pay once and you’re sorted out for life. A problem is just removed from your business and you never have to worry about low resolution images ever again.
TidyCal
I have no idea why people use other scheduling apps. Pay once and you’re sorted. No subscriptions and no hassles. I have THREE licenses to handle different parts of my business. If you meet with clients, run a podcast, or use a calendar app already, consider the switch.
Every month TidyCal saves me at least twenty dollars in previous recurring fees. In my eternal battle against subscription software, TidyCal is a breath of fresh air.
